4 month shots worse then first

Was anyone's 4 months shots harder to deal with than their first shots?

Mine doesn't let me even touch her legs and if I do she starts crying, she's calm now but I'm finding this time harder to deal with :/ she's so upset

There's no redness just a bump on her right leg, her fever is ok i have given her panadol

I'm really regretting getting her vaccinated even though I know it's for her benefit
