Expecting after missed miscarriage

I was at my 12 week appointment on March 10th when they told me there wasn't a heartbeat. They said the baby measured at 9w 4d. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant again, and I am just overwhelmed with fear that the baby already quit growing again. So bad to the point I cant even enjoy this pregnancy at all because I'm just constantly worried. I literally have dreams that I'm miscarrying. Anyone know what the chances are of having 2 missed miscarriages in a row? I need some type of peace of mind 😓 I don't think I can wait another 3-4 weeks for my next appointment....
