40 weeks 6 days bleeding 😣

I had my cervix checked yesterday and had it done few times before and no issues. I noticed last night going to the bathroom, I had leakage of white discharge that I would feel it coming down. I thought it was nothing serious. This morning I felt the same and thought it was mucus discharge but it was actually red blood. I couldn't keep wearing those small panty liners and had to put on a period pad. I haven't been filling a pad but small amount like end of period flow but still more than just spotting. I called and nurse doesn't seem concerned but will check with Dr. Is this normal?
