Feel pregnant ?

I will be 6 weeks tomorrow.. apart from having very lightly tender boobs I feel normal. Am I too early to be expecting symptoms?
I had a MMC back in January so worried!

I'm 6 weeks on Sunday & have no symptoms apart from swollen sore boobs... this is my first pregnancy so I don't know what to expect

I am 6w1d and no symptoms other than sore breasts. This is my second pregnancy. With my first, I also had no symptoms until morning sickness hit in the 6th-7th week. Don't stress!! Enjoy this time before the symptoms hit! I also have friends who never had morning sickness or early symptoms either.

The only symptoms I have is morning sickness & moodiness! im 6weeks. It doesn't feel like I'm pregnant at all, especially since I don't have a bump or anything yet.
