This is not really a specific product recommendation, but if you have a headache, try drinking ginger tea (or eating ginger) and eating almonds! I have had a few headaches this pregnancy, and I've been hesitant to take any drugs (not even Tylenol), so my husband did some research one day when I was almost in tears from the pain, and he found out that ginger and almonds are natural headache remedies. Within an hour of drinking my ginger tea and eating a few handfuls of almonds, my headache was pretty much gone! Does anyone else have any pregnancy-safe natural remedies for headaches or any other common ailments?
