Two month shots

She got them on Tuesday and it's now Friday. She is a breastfed baby but since she has gotten her shots she has not wanted to latch on. She will latch on at night but is refusing during the day. She will begin to cry like shes in pain and archs her back so push away, please tell me im not the only one and what I can do to get her to latch back on!!!
