I have to ghost him

I feel like I don't know how else to handle this situation. I'm in this weird relationship with a guy who was only supposed to be my FB but now has turned into something completely different and difficult. He manipulates me, he'll be nice and loving then he'll flip and get upset over something small. It's like walking on eggshells and I'm over it. I tried ending it many times before but he's relentless.He'll always say something that convinces me to stay around. But I don't like the energy I'm feeling with him and I don't want to keep wasting my time and energy with someone who makes me feel this way. He's broken my phones because I said I was gunna leave once. So I feel like if I ghost him, he'll try to hurt me or my car or something.. I'm scared and don't know what to do.
