Help 😭

So my boyfriend and I came up to camp for our 2 year anniversary. We had sex yesterday 3 times and once this morning. A couple hours later my vagina started hurting really bad. I drank a lot of water and tried taking a bath. It hurts so bad I constantly feel like I have to pee or it burns like crazyyyy and it's giving me cramps in my stomach. I did/do have my period, but I can't figure out if it's just from having a lot of sex, or a uti, or what! Any help would be very much appreciated 😭
