Really I feel like anal gives me nothing but issues.

I posted yesterday or day before about how I feel like anal sex might me making me constipated. But that could be my anxiety not allowing me to go. But now I feel like I'm having trouble holding in farts. Like little ones come out silently and I couldnt hold it. This had never happened before I started having anal sex a couple of times a week. I know I'm not stretched out that much but I just feel like its gotta be related somehow. And I posted a couple days ago about going ass to vagina with no cleaning and sure enough I'm pretty sure I have a yeast infection or something. My ph balance is just totally off and my discharge isn't the usual
