-1 love experience

I'm almost 29 and I've never been kissed or had a boyfriend, let alone sex. I've had people confess to me that I didn't like back. I liked guys in the past but thought were just crushes and didn't do anything about them. My recent crush is a new coworker that sits beside me. All I know is that he's attractive and 26. He doesn't talk much and is always with his headphones. I think he's new in the US because it seems he doesn't speak English that fluently: He's Brazilian and he and my boss always talk in Portuguese. I'm also a Latina immigrant so we have that in common, but often I think he's out of my league. Could you give me some advice? I don't know how to even talk to him.
