rare case

my situation is a little uncommon I guess I shall say I'm 34 years old getting ready to turn 35 in a few months and I want to have a baby before it's too late I do have a rough history just this year I decided to take charge of my fertility myself and get myself healthy I don't have a man but I do have a male donor friend I currently have one cyst on my right ovary. and I've never been pregnant before and throughout my life I have tried but it's just never happened and whenever I go to the doctor they say everything looks fine and feels fine but I don't know and I don't have insurance that will pay for treatments so my options are kind of slim not sure what to do
