I feel like a failure

I told my baby's grandparents about my baby and I got no response ( I'm 7 weeks) the dad of the baby said okay when I said I'd be telling them. We see each other physically from time to time but I just feel like a failure. 😓. I don't plan on reaching back out to them. I deactivated my social media, and changed my number too. I feel so sad, like they hate me. He already has two kids. 🙁
