I'm I fooling myself that I'm still pregnant?

I've took a digital test and it said I was 2-3weeks that was Monday on Tuesday I started bleeding, heavy with clotting and then again on Friday.

The midwife told me to retest after a week and if still positive the would get me in for an early scan. But I couldn't wait I tested just now and the digital says I'm pregnant and am now 3+

If I had a miscarriage the hcg levels might still be there but it wouldn't be getting higher, has anyone every had similar?

I had a early miscarriage last year and I don't know it in just grasping at straws ♥️
