Adult Acne
Hi everyone! I'm 20 y/o and used to suffer from acne as a preteen and teenager. It's gotten much better over the years to the point where I am normally complimented on my skin. However, I've noticed that the more I am physically active (aka working out every single day), the more acne will pop up. I can normally get rid of big spots quickly, but I have realized that a lot of the smaller pimples do not go away quickly. Most of them are around my hairline, on my nose and on my chin. They aren't red but they give my skin a rough texture and appearance. I used Neutrogena acne products daily, and I have normal to dry skin. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions on how to treat/prevent small pimples in these areas? Thank you!
