Is it working?

I started taking the pill about two weeks ago, and was fully prepared for the side effects. However I have had absolutely nothing, haven't been spotting like I heard I would do for two weeks, havent been hormonal, bloated, bad skin or anything like that so I'm starting to wonder if it's actually working and worried to have sex without a condom in case it isn't. Anyone else had absolutely no side effects from the pill? Should I just be thanking my lucky starts or worried? It's a progestogen only pill if anyone was wondering.
