sex after. baby
It happened, my husband and I finally had sex! We haven't been intimate since before our baby girl arrived (she's 5 months) and I was absolutely going crazy! Talk about sexual frustration, but it happened last night and this morning and I'm legit floating.
Why did it take so long?
Long story short, we were in a funk, for a looong time! He was also on medication that messed with his testosterone so it was almost impossible to get him arosed, when we would attempt to have sex he would have performance anxiety. Then resentment started to creep in and on top of it we were (are) so sleep deprived from our new baby that sex was off the table.
We eventually saw a sex therapist and she gave us some exercises to do and it worked. Im so relieved I feel like we're back to being a couple again and not roommates.
