Teething!!!

I think my sweet baby girl is already teething and she's only 3 months!! Is that possible???? She's been SUCH an amazing good baby never ever whines unless she's hungry. The past 2 weeks she's been drooling like CRAZY and keeps eating her hands and grunting and every evening she gets sooooo whiney and upset and I can't figure out why and I'm thinking the excessive drooling, hand eating, crying is a sign of teething?? Also- what's the best at home thing to do to help ease her pain? No frozen food ideas please she's too young for food yet! TIA! :)
