37 weeks pregnant, labor???

i've had diarrhea for several weeks now, discharge that's clear, with no texture, or odor (it's as if i stuck my fingers under a running faucet). my hips feel like they could break apart at any second, my legs are constantly numb, i've began to feel nauseous again, my entire lower back hurts SO bad. but my contractions are "stopping me in my tracks" like everybody claims they do. i haven't had a "bloody show" & my water hasn't broken that i'm aware of.
