So I need help. My uncle bought himself a car with the money my father left me when he died. He bought the car telling me that it would be mine as soon as hit junior year or moved out. I'm a senior now and moved out and I still don't have the car. Help?

Did your father have a will? Consult a lawyer and take him to court and a.... either get the money back or b.... get the car but I feel as though you should be able to pick out what you want! 
And he should have to pay extra for the damage done and hassle and court costs etc.

Talk to a lawyer. If it said in his well the money is going to you, you well legally own the car he bought cuz it's your money. Even if you are getting the money in monthly checks ALL the money he left you is still yours even if it's still in a bank, and your still getting the money. He could go to jail for stealing the money (I think don't quote me on it)

(Idk if this is right but... if the well does not have the 2 witness signing I don't know if it counts as a legal document, maybe if you have a family lawyer it might be if it went throw the lawyer but like I said I DO NOT HAVE A DEGREE IN LAW soooo)
