killer migraines 😷

so i get very bad migraines and i just recently stopped taking the medication my neurologist prescribed me because it turned out to be the source of my fainting. but it really helped a lot and now I've had a migraine that's honestly killing me and i haven't been able to break it for the past week. like really I'm keeping myself in a dark cold room and I'm not eating because it hurts so bad ... is there anything i can do ? I've been popping pills left and right and have been to the emergency room already
