Its the sac sweetie. When the doctors did the procedure to remove my eptopic baby...they left the sac behind. Almost identical to this. (Our bodies are all different and so are the sacs)  So sorry for ur loss. I hope ur body heals quickly and ur heart heals in time. 💕💕
