Need a UK buddy!

Hey. This is gunna sound strange. I need someone from the Uk who is good at convincing people. I want to stop biting my nails. But I don't have the will power on my own. I need someone to text (which is why I need Uk) me to keep reminding me not to And to keep me strong. I really want to grow my nails. They r so bad. Any tips would be appreciated too. Iv tried nail vanish, chilli, nail vanish that doesn't taste good, gloves. Iv done it all. HELP!
