37w5days and 1cm dilated
Hello August mommies today I went for my second to last app and I was told my cervix is still high and I am 1cm dilated.. I am quite disappointed 😔 that I might be overdue. I am so heavy and wish to be on time due 10th August... anyone same boat as me, any advice to get this dilating going like walking and all?
