BV help
So I was treating a yeast infection, luckily that went away but now I believe I'm dealing with Bacterial Vaginosis. My symptoms are mild, slight itching, dryness, and I only can smell the discharge if I insert a finger to check it. Unfortunately my gyno is on vacation this week or else I'd just get a course of antibiotics. I'm just looking for advice and if anyone has had mild BV go away on its own etc
