help please

my daughter is 1 year old and she pulls my hair when she gets mad and even hits me, I've tried telling her to stop she'll laugh, I've tried spanking her hand and she laughs at me like literally and plus it makes me feel like a bad mom because shes only one and besides it don't work she thinks it's a game so can anybody give me advice on how to teach her that hitting is unexecptable? Btw I'm 2 months pregnant I don't want her to be violent with the new baby :(
