help me please!!!!!

okay so i have been having self-conscious issues with my body lately.. i am 14 years old and my labia's ( idk how to spell it lmao🙃) are big.. like huge.. and i'm not trying to have any sexual interactions but this is getting my self esteem down and is very very uncomfortable. like it's uncomfortable to do most stuff. idk how to tell my mom and what to do.. but it hurts and idk what to do.
