boyfriend giving hints??

So I am a little confused if my boyfriend is actually giving me hints and I'm blind or I am secretly hoping he is giving me these hints. So I have been dating him for 2 years, we have been inseperatable except for these past 7 months we have been doing long distance due to us both being in the army and we will be together again shortly once I'm out in 2 months. last year he gave me no hints and just focused on maintaining our relationship. Then this year in Feb. we got into a really big stupid fight over army bullshit and we didn't speak to each other for a few days and after we made up we have barely gone a day without calling each other and going to each other for support and being each other's rock. March comes around and I went on leave and saw him for a few weeks, while there he gave me these jokes of "oh I'll just marry you so you can be with me forever" and then almost every time after we had sex he went "of you're prego now" and there was even a time while we were cuddling and I was playing a video game he started singing a song and mention a baby in the oven and the second I said what, as in say that again I think I misheard he immiedatly went to saying sorry I do not remember.... after those few weeks I went back to my duty station and a month later we are talking about a baby shower he went too for his buddy and he mentions sabotaging my birth control as a joke.... mentioned he wants instead of one kid, three and recently I also asked if he was okay with me to do corseting again and he asked if that would be good for my body for having kids.... am I just being blind and he's really actually wanting them and soon???
