Confused

How would you feel if you ask your significant other "Are you in love with me or do you have love for me?" And he answers that he has loves you ? After being 5 years together . I feel emotional right now maybe because im pregnant but he didnt really answer my question how i expected since i asked two different things and he answer with another . I question him because i feel distaant from one another and he never shows me any affection or anything , we havent kissed over two years now and i find that pretty sad 😔 all we do is have sex and like no intimacy in the sex or anything like literally no kissing . Just yesterday i had to beg him for a kiss and i dont like begging because i feel dumb
