Judgement

Sorry for the long post but I have a lot of things on my mind...

To start off with a little backstory my BF and I have been together for two years. We only had sex once and I have a very strong sex drive. My doctor and my family don't want me on birth control, nor the IUD.

My grandparents are very christian and they are upset with me because I had sex before marriage. So they won't really listen to me that I want to be safe, yet I'm also worried that I might get blood clots from the birth control. And I don't like the sound of something in me for five years.

How do I decide? I've also been struggling with depression, anxiety and PTSD and I still haven't found ways to cope with it.

Please help
