moving/traveling across country with babies

We will be traveling with babies for 3 weeks staying in 2 states before we get to our new home. we won't have our house hold goods for almost 2 months. Is there anything NOT on the list I should consider packing with us? NOTE: we have an SUV and 8month old twins so a stroller and other big items are out 😔
