Contractions 😣

Just left L&D.; They sent me home because i'm not dilating. I've been having contractions consistently every 5 mins or so about a minute each, for like 7 hours. Lord. Help. Me. Anyone else in the same boat?? 60% effaced and he's at -2 station, my cervix is still closed tho.

Also, we had sex prior to contractions starting. They said that sex can cause contractions, but didn't specify whether or not we shouldn't have sex again? What do you ladies think?
