Please help me

I'm 18 and on Wednesday I was told I have lupus. I'm kinda struggling on how to stay positive and I'm wondering if anyone else have lupus on this app and can help me to stay positive and suggest anything because the doctors don't want to give me anything because I'm young or until it gets far worse. Also Even if anyone has funny memes I would deeply appreciate you guys sharing me yours because honestly I can use anything right now.
