I was wanting to know how many times a day should I change my pad? I have been changing it 4-7 times a day! Is that a bit to many times or a good amount or I should do less times changing them? ❤️❤️

You need to change it more than most think due to sanitary reasons of having blood especially old blood in a pad.

4 times a day if your busy at work or school and 7 maybe if you are at home and uncomfy in them or they feel wet.

It doesn't really matter. Just change it when you feel that there's a decent amount of blood in it. I have a light flow so back when I wore them I'd only change them once or twice a day
