Not a bridesmaid..

I've been friends with this person for years. I asked to attend her wedding in April. I wanted to go even though we haven't kept in touch. We used to be so close and talked about our own weddings all the time. Even though I understand she probably doesn't even consider me her best friend anymore I still feel a bit heartbroken over it. I'm feeling really sad over it and considering not even going. Ugh I guess I just want some advice. 😢

FYI everyone I did not invite myself. She announced in Facebook about her engagement and asked about who all were wanting to attend..

Also, I guess I'm questioning about going because she didn't actually ASK me to go so I feel as if maybe I shouldn't go because I feel like I don't really mean anything to her anymore.. I guess I'm just in my feelings.
