moving out

so I'm 17 I'll be 18 in December. I was talking with my mom about moving out in the next few months. she didn't really have a problem with it. she just told me "as long as you don't get pregnant or quit school" ... my little sister moved out with her dad and is trying to move back in with my mom. should I try to hurry or still wait? I work a full time job so I know I should be able to afford it and my boyfriend will be moving in with me. the place we're looking at is 484$ a month.
