Implantation cramps or PMS cramps?
Hi Ladies,
Please help. I am on 8 DPO and I have some dull kind of intense at times cramps. No spotting at all. My AF is not due until Aug 1. Can this be implantation cramps or is it just a lead up to my AF? I do have some other symptoms like very sore tender, full breasts, gas, and tired. Its so frustrating because these can all be signs my AF is coming too. Grrrrr! I hope AF stays away!
