Anyone know what this is on my dog?

I noticed this spot on my dogs belly near her vagina. It almost looks like a mole or birth mark, but I've never noticed it before. She has a vet appointment on Monday so I'm gonna ask then but I wanted to see if any of you ladies might know what it is. She just started going to a doggy daycare so I'm worried she might have picked something up there.

Following. My dogs had these and I thought maybe it was from fleas (we had an issue with them for a while) but the spots were like an oily dirt that stuck to her skin. Idk how to explain it. I thought it was flea poop but idk. I can't freaking wash it off though 🙄

It could be a hot spot. My old dog used to get them. Does she lick at it at all??

I'd definitely ask your vet. My dog has something similar but it doesn't have that dark color. For my dog I was told it's very common and not to worry.. but idk about yours being that dark around it?
