Early pregnancy bleeding

Hi.

I'm really confused what is it happening right now with me. I found out one week ago I'm pregnant. Two days ago I was bleeding a tiny bit. It was red and no pain. When to the A&E; they send me to the early pregnancy clinic. They done a transvaginal scan., they said they can't see my baby, they done some blood test for Hcg and they said everything looks fine but have to do another one after 48 hours.

Today i start to bleed again, and I got some back pain too. Its not that heavy like in period but i still can see it when im going to urinate.

Nobody is saying nothing at the hospital they are just taking test and sending me home to come back next day. I'm really worried!!!! :(

Can I lose my baby? Or is this still can be fine?? Can please somebody help !!! ????
