Period again? Spotting??
So I had my last period from the 26th - 28th of June,
Then had a very light period/spotting from the 18th-20th of July, and I've been spotting for the last two days again! 28th-30th of July.
I usually have quite heavy periods so this was a bit unusual for me.
I also usually have 28-34 day cycles (can be irregular though) so found this really confusing.
I've been super gassy (sorry tmi), and feeling really nauseous and tired too, which is also abnormal for me.
Has anyone else experienced this?
