PCOS - but not all the symptoms?

I was diagnosed with PCOS in Feb 2017. we have been TTC for 7 months, but I have only ovulated twice during that time.

However, I don't seem to have the problems a lot of other ladies with PCOS have? No excess hair, not balding, overweight but not extremely.... Anyone in the same boat as I am?

My doctor basically said, "yep, you have it." and sent me on my way. I'm supposed to go back in a year. Just trying to figure out the best way to treat this naturally.
