Clearblue OPK says not for use with PCOS???

I had been buying the target brand opk, with faint lines so today I bought the not so inexpensive Clearblue Digital. However, it says "...not suitable if you have PCOS..." Anybody use it and have good results??? This is our last couple months trying without consulting a fertility doctor. Any feedback much appreciated ✌️ ❤️ 👶 dust!!

Opks aren't the greatest to use if you have PCOS. First we can have an elevated level of luteinizing hormone. Also because of long cycles and our bodies having trouble ovulating we can have multiple surges in one month. I would suggest if you suspect that you have PCOS perhaps use a basal body thermometer in conjunction with the opks that way if you have what looks like a positive opk if you're temp rises as it should after ovulation you are able to confirm it.
