Hemmoroid help

So I am 19 weeks pregnant and most of the time when I have a bowel movement there will be blood when I wipe.

I've done cream and witch hazel wipes for a week or so now and the swelling of my hole as gone down but the blood still happens. Also I would say my hole is itchy too still.

What can I do to relieve the blood? Or is this a normal thing? I am FTM and don't know anything haha! Help!!
