Help...

Okay so I forgot to go to my depo appointment the 26th to get the shot and me and my hubby had sex the 28th which was Friday...I plan on calling the doctor tomorrow to reschedule my appointment. I know they give a pregnancy test when you forget your appointment...will it show up?? I'm scared I really hope I'm not pregnant. I'm on my period. Well ive been spotting its not really a period. this is before I missed my appointment does that make since....please help 😭😭😭😭😭😭
