Doctor's office gave me the wrong vaccine!

Let me start by saying this isn't going to be a vaccine bashing post. I'm only upset with the doctor's office. I'm 34 weeks pregnant, went in at 32 to get my TDAP. That's all that I was there for, told them it's because I'm pregnant, got the shot and my record and brought it to my ob on my appointment today. My ob comes in and tells me I only got the shot for tetanus, I mean it's no huge deal but the doctor's office I'd gone to for the shot has given us nothing but problems. I'd gone in for a fever a few weeks ago, they monitored baby and told me they didn't find a heart beat so they sent us for an ultrasound, then told me the baby had passed. My baby is perfectly fine but I'm starting to doubt this doctor's offices compitance.
