I think I'm having a Miscarriage 😔

Went in today for an emergency ultrasound due to spotting that started last night. Ultrasound showed baby at the correct size and with a heartbeat, albeit slow. Nurse Practitioner said we need to wait and see how things go and scheduled another ultrasound next week. As soon as we got home, the bleeding was much heavier and I noticed I was starting to pass some clots as well. I'm sure I'm having a Miscarriage, which is very disappointing. I'm trying to hold onto the fact that we have our 1 year old daughter who is very healthy and happy, but we wanted our kiddos to be close together and now that may not happen the way we planned. Here is my baby as of today.
