Alone & 6 months pregnant

I went on a grand 3 week vacation with my fiancé to Europe. We broke it off last night and now I am all alone in Europe for another 2 weeks. I'm in a country that doesn't accept my bank card and I have no one to call. I leave tomorrow for another country I already booked my flight for which does accept my bank card. I just don't know where to go from here.. I don't want to stop my vacation short as now I will be birthing and raising a baby on my own.. I do not think I will ever see Europe again. But also now I have to find a new home, a new job, move back to my home country and somehow do it while giving birth in a few months. I have no friends and no family. I am truly stuck and have no idea what I need to plan for myself.
