To tell or not?

Im 32 weeks pregnant and have a job interview today. I found a loose fitting shirt that hides my pregnancy very well, so would it be wrong of me not to say anything about being pregnant if they dont notice? I really want this job but i feel like it would be wrong of my not to mention it in the interview then show up pregnant if i got the job?

Legally you don't have to tell them, but at the same time you will most likely be giving birth during your trial period so technically they don't have to hold your job when you go on maternity leave.

Yes i would.  Personally if I was the hiring manager I wouldn't discriminate but I'd judge someone who's first impression was based on deceit.

I know I'm not required to tell you but i would hate for our  working relationship tonstart off in a lie or in a half truth.

I would tell them right off the bat being 32w you don't have much time left and don't want them to fire you right after getting hired because u need 6weeks or however long you are taking off after you have the baby

lol I didn't tell till 2 weeks after I had been working there. Wait till your hired. its noones business and they can't fire you for being pregnant

If you're that far along you should definitely tell. FMLA does not apply within your first year of working at a place. They could fire you for being pregnant anyway listing it as "inability to perform duties" or "absenteeism" when you take your leave.

While there are laws against pregnancy discrimination, I work in an at will state which means you can be terminated at any time without just cause or warning. If you are not going to tell them I would make sure you have a clear understanding of the laws in your state.
