help pls ??? ugly colds and such

okay so im new here and already loving this app but i have a question. I have this virus where I get cold blisters on my bottom lip and i try everything to prevent it from happening but it never works and now it has made its home on my lip. how can I get rid of it without it turning into an ugly and disgusting blister; and how can i safely prevent it from happening ?

I also get cold sores. it sounds weird but pure vanilla extract on a qtip dries them out and takes the pain away. it worked for me.

Coldsore?? Try some of the over the counter stuff if nothing the try prescription.

there's no cure but you can get prescription medicine so you can take it when one starts to form. Valtrex is one option. don't kiss, share with people from cups or cutlery, don't touch or wipe your month with things other people use, etc. they're highly contagious, but a fact of life for some people.
