I regret testing early!! So confused!! 😞 BFP symptoms Gone!

So I have taken so many tests , my symptoms were so strong that I gave in and tested at 9DPO. And kept testing everyday ,until today I woke up and all my symptoms had gone at what would make me just over 4weeks ...

These were my first tests

At 12DPO I got a positive 2-3 weeks on a clear blue digital ( yesterday ) and strong positive

I then went to the doctors today because the anxiety was getting the better of me due to the symptoms disappearing literally over night and she tested my urine and said it was negative ! I was in shock so we waited and the line appeared but really faint then as I was about to leave the line got stronger ?? But the doc then said it's likely the start of a miscarriage or could be ectopic and to book a follow up for a week

I feel broken and confused 😔 been through this before and don't want to face it again!

This is the test taken at the doctors and to to me the line doesnt look that faint but is about 20 mins old...

Any thoughts ?🙏🏽
