IUD vs the Pill

Hey everyone 😊 so I just want some people's opinion on IUDs vs the pill. I take the pill right now, I started taking it for acne purposes and to help with period cramps. I do have a boyfriend so it's put to use in that aspect as well haha. I have a doctor's appointment next week so I'll get a more medical opinion.

To whoever has an IUD that switched from the pill, have you noticed differences with it helping your period cramps?

Do you reaaallly not feel it when it's in? Haha that's what I'm kinda scared about
